Hallo Rian,
die Segelanweisung haben wir im März im MMI Büro besprochen und uns auf diese Version geeinigt.
Ich denke die Lage auf der Regattastrecke wird eher keine Anlässe für Redress bieten.
Sollte es anders laufen, wird der Race Officer das letzte Wort nach Beratung haben.
Eine Situation wie die beim GMMC 2024 mit dem Vorfall an der fehlerhaft ausgelegten Boje und dem daraus abgeleiteten Redress für die 264 wird sich in Geldern eher nicht wiederholen...

Hello Rian,
We discussed the sailing instructions in March at the MMI office and agreed on this version.
I don't think the situation on the race course will give rise to any grounds for redress.
Should things go differently, the Race Officer will have the final say after consultation.
A situation like the one at the GMMC 2024, with the incident involving the incorrectly placed buoy and the resulting redress for 264, will probaly not be repeated in Geldern.
